The final group of defaulting customers are those who have no intention of responding either to the rehabilitation actions or to the collection processes. This group has little or no intention of paying at all and require the weight of the law to extract payment. This matter will be recommended for legal action. Should client consent thereto, litigation processes commence.

We offer legal collections ensuring that there is a seamless movement from the pre-legal stage to the legal stage. When an account has moved to the legal collections stage, there is a significant escalation in activity and severity of actions. This may require additional use of trace activities and field agents’ legal processes. Specialist recovery areas such as managing matters under administration, debt review and emolument attachment orders are catered for.
